Family Therapy

Understanding the whole family and the patterns that shape it.

Our Approach

Families are systems. Each person brings their own experiences, emotions, roles, and ways of communicating and what impacts one member of the family often impacts everyone else. Rather than focusing on one person as the "problem," we work with families to understand the patterns, relationships, and dynamics that may be contributing to conflict or disconnection. Together, we help family members better understand one another, communicate more effectively, and find healthier ways of navigating challenges as a family.

Our counselors use a Family Systems approach, which recognizes that meaningful change often happens not just within individuals, but within the relationships between them.
